This unique golfing event benefits the Children’s Miracle Network of Beaumont Children’s Hospital and pairs lucky foursomes up with celebrities for a fun day on the green. You’ll be granted an exclusive outing with a celebrity! Mark Wahlberg and many other local and national luminaries from the entertainment and sports worlds will join in.

All About Children’s Miracle Network of Beaumont Children’s Hospital

Children’s Miracle Network of Beaumont Children’s Hospital funds services for children facing intense and necessary treatments for varied ailments in the Southeast Michigan region. The funds raised during this golf tournament will go directly to the care of these afflicted children. This will cover various types of treatments and health services and the equipment and care needed to help them through their illnesses or injuries.

Any donations that stem from this event will stay within the community and support the children who need treatment. Right now, Beaumont Children’s Hospital remains the only hospital in the region associated with the Children’s Miracle Network. Additionally, the hospital not only helps the young patients but also aids the families struggling with expenses and the uncommon and surreal trauma that upends their lives.

Spotlight on the Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation

While you may be familiar with Mark Wahlberg, the actor, you may not know about all the philanthropy he does. As lifelong members of the Boys and Girls Club of America, Mark and his brother Jim started this charitable organization in 2001. They aim to raise and distribute funds to youth service and enrichment programs for inner-city kids to help them build successful futures.

Both Wahlberg brothers attribute much of their success to their afternoons spent at the local Boys and Girls Club chapter. They want to give back through their own charity and partner with other organizations like the Children’s Miracle Network. Every child, no matter their limitations, should have the same chance to live up to their dreams.
