The Many Different Classes They Have to Offer
At Michigan Aikido & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy, you’ll have a wealth of programs to choose from with two of these most popular programs are spelled out in the name of the establishment.
Aikido was developed in modern Japan and focuses on the art of using your opponent’s energy against them. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, their other forte, originated in South America and focuses on neutralizing and grappling techniques.
They offer classes in both techniques for both children and adults. Additionally, you can sign the kids up for the Kids’ Relax Class, which helps children ages nine to 13 find their center.
