2020 Wrangler Performance

The 2019 Jeep Wrangler excels when it comes to performance with several high-performance engines including a 2.0L direct-injection turbo engine with an eTorque Mild Hybrid System and a 3.6L Pentastar® V6 engine that pumps out a whopping 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque.

The 2020 Jeep Wrangler is expected to inherit all these engines as well as introduce a non-eTorque 2.0L engine with Electronic Stop-Start technology. This smart technology is designed to turn the engine off when you’re stopped to preserve as much fuel as possible.

The 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited will also gain a 3.0L EcoDiesel V6 engine that’s both powerful and fuel efficient.

The 2020 Jeep Wrangler will, for the most part, resemble the 2019 Jeep Wrangler with the same classic boxy shape and spacious interior with plenty of room for five passengers and all your cargo. You’ll also still get optional leather seating surfaces, available heated front seats, and a dual-zone climate control system.

However, the 2020 model year introduces a new Black & Tan Package which bundles a tan soft top, Heritage Tan cloth seating surfaces, and black mid-bolsters.

The 2020 Jeep Wrangler will be more tech-savvy than ever before. For starters, this model will give you several infotainment systems to choose from including an 8.4-inch Uconnect® infotainment system that offers turn-by-turn navigation, Bluetooth®, and smartphone integration via Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ like it did in the 2019 Wrangler.
